This web-based application allows quick entry of all of the parameters relating to a roofing project and generates a complete, customized proposal while the project manager is still on-site with the potential customer. The customer can accept the proposal with an electronic signature and receive an emailed copy of the proposal.

This desktop database began as an internally-developed program. As others in the company saw the benefits and power of the database, requests for additional features exceeded the engineer's available time to complete them, so we were asked to take over development of the growing application.

Reporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data to the State requires two-way communication: data is transmitted and an acknowlegement or error is returned. Integrating unattended communication into our client's Policy and Claims Management system ensures accurate and timely reporting and error resolution.

Improving efficiency often results from automating routine tasks. We have implemented many successful automation solutions for AGCO. Some of those are schedule based - such as daily distribution of reports, and some are logic based - such as sending requests for approval when project costs reach defined levels.
